Bought this cord for my son because he only wants Apple chargers! It still works but it is hanging by the thread near the charging port that connects to phone, I know it’s common to have this problem because I’ve seen it happen on other people’s chargers, Apple should reinforce the thickness at that spot. At least it still works though cuz I’ve had a few of non Apple certified chargers myself that only worked for a few months and they quit working for a little while - then I would wait a couple of weeks or so and they would start working again! Lol So yeah in the long run, get the Apple certified charger!

had another brand sold by best buy (can't recall name), just didn't last, shorted out after a couple of weeks. best buy refunded us and allowed us to upgrade to the apple brand. much better.

I bought a Lifeproof case and later found out that I couldn't use my aftermarket cable with it. Very inexpensive replacement! Thanks, BB!

Purchased this to replace a non-Apple cord which would not charge my phone. The non-Apple cord would heat up and not charge. No more cheap cords for me, just the original Apple product.

Had an aftermarket in car than only worked 60% of the time so I needed to replace so I went with the more expensive but dependable apple lightning cable. Seems to work great 100%.

There are many different brands of cords to choose from when looking for a charger, personally, I like to stick with apple products, they are reliable, and this charger charges fast!

I have used the cheaper non-apple compatible brands and what a mistake. In the long run, buying the apple cable is the smart choice.

I always buy Apple products for my Apple phone. I have found that when I buy replicas they break easier and don't last as long. So far a good charge and sync. Very happy with it.

I've gone the cheap route and tried Belkin and the like when it comes to power cords, but they feel cheap and never seem to last. Apple makes it right and they last forever.

I would say nothing better than Original Apple products. Last time to save $5 I bought non apple charger but it never used to work in the Car. Now this one works perfectly well.

It's 3' long as advertised and it plugs into a USB port on one end and my iphone on the other. It meets all of my expectations as a USB to lightning cable.

Cord works great for my phone. I always buy the Apple brand chargers for my phone as they work the best. Non Apple products will damage your phone and they don't last long

I bought this cable from Apple instead of other charging cables because I have spent more money on other brands that work for a while and then just don't.

This product is the best for iphones. I had problems with after market chargers cracking and splitting. I should have spent the extra money on this cable from the beginning.

This is an essential cable for charging my iPhone and for connecting it to my apple computer to sync iTunes. Very durable. Better than cheap knockoffs.

I always like to get apple chargers for my apple products. They seem to work faster. I never have problems charging my phone as I've had in the past with other cheaper cords.

Glad to find new cables for both my iphone and ipad. Didn't need new plugs, just the cables. Work great. Not much to rate -- I expect these things should work when replaced.
