    Have always used genuine Apple products, another family uses other companies. Mine never lasts longer than hers. Besides all that- I shouldn't need to replace 3 genuine apple chargers in 2 yrs. BTW, no fault of Beat Buy

    The Apple lightning cord is great, but the shipping time was horrible! I don’t know why it took so long for me to receive this item, but it was frustrating.

    I have purchased Apple ear pods with mic and remote and the charging cable . The cable is good but the ear phones are somewhat thin not sure if that is a normal things or Apple has recently changed so just be aware of it

    Official Apple product. I have to buy one every one or two years because it starts to not work as well and the covering starts cracking. It might be from overuse, but I am a person who only buys official Apple accessories.

    This is an Apple charging cord and my expectation is, it would work with no problems. We were unable to get it to work unless we plugged it into the socket and jiggled it around. Then it works....

    I was looking for 6ft charging cord for my new Iphone12max. i asked the guy who was helping me to make sure that was getting the right cord and he assured me that what he handed me was the right one. I bought 7 of them. When i got to the officer and opened the first one, i realized that it was the wrong one. i returned all of them. It was a very frustrating experience. That sales person was totally clueless. I'm an Elite BB customer and i was very disappointed with the guy carelessness.
