I bought this because I had no choice. Apple was smart to make their own separate plug. The problem is ever since Jobs died the quality of Apple products has gone down the tube.

I specifically asked for the shortest cable available. He handed me a box and said "This is the smallest one, I just bought the same one for my daughter"... It was 6 feet long. I expect employees to be aware of the product they are selling.

The length of the cord is great. Unfortunately in less than 6 months the coating split and the wire began to fray where the cord plugs into the Apple product.

This cable stopped working within a couple months. These wires are too expensive to be so poorly manufactured.

Lasted 3 1/2 months and stopped charging devices. I purchased two charging cables of different length and they BOTH stopped working. Surprised on the quality of an APPLE accessory

My wife asked the salesman for a USB Type-C charger for her Android and he gave her this. She didn't check it before we left so now we have a charger for a device we don't own.

Wire s stickng out enough to electrocute my ear which is bad material are bad stuff material that is not good for a consumers

Why did I buy an Apple replacement lightning cord? Because they need replaced all the time because the cord frays where it connects to the plug in a matter of no time. Expensive little buggers for how crappily they're made.

I purchased two of these cables four months ago. The first one stopped working a week ago and the second one stopped working today. That's $65 down the tubes.

Um Apple hello? Do you make these cables out of floss? Please explain Apple. Why are these literally broken the second I pull them out of the box. -1/5 awful

This item did not work longer than a month and I couldn’t return it because it was after 15 days very unhappy with this product.

Only lasted 2 weeks with this product. Handled with care and still did not work.

The chord sherds, this is my second chord I had to buy. Within 2 months the chord started shredding on its own and the wires were exposed. Poor quality on the chord!

I was assured that this cord would work with the new Ipad that I purchased from you. It does not work, so I cant give a review on something that doesnt work.

The cord doesn’t last. I use a cordless Samsung quick charger. I’m not the first make this complaint. Won’t be the last. Charger cord sucks. Get it together. Thank you

Already not working. Cord kinked up near plug to device and no longer will charge the phone or iPad But you still need to buy another so you can charge your devices. What a pain

Just another stupid overpriced Apple product. We can fly to space, but still can’t make the average electronic device last more than ONE day on a charge!

The cable sheathing cracks and exposes wires. Seems to be very dangerous to have ex[posed wires because the outer protective coating cracks and peels.

Only works sometimes. I bought this genuine Apple charger cable and about half the time I try to use it my iPhone tells me "this device may not be supported" and it will not charge my phone.
