Like all things Apple, it's pricey, but of decent quality. The longer length is convenient, but leaves the cable prone to getting tripped on or otherwise damaged. I buy these once every year, rather than buy a cheaper one twice a year.

Nothing like a good OEM apple cable... 2 meters is also a good length.

This Apple charge cord works well for backseat use. It is also useful when a recliner and/or couch is father away from an electrical outlet.
