I bought this cable to use in my car, because my 10 foot cable had latency issues that prevented my phone from working with my car USB port. I figured buying an official Apple cable would solve a problem. I was correct, and I am very happy about this.

I purchased this cord for its Apple name and its 6 foot length. My children plug this cord into the USB port in the front cabin of our family vehicle and they can charge their phones from the back seat. I have used other brands, but the Apple brand seems to be more durable for us than other brands.

This is a great cable, well built, durable, and is a good length.

I got this to replace a shorter (1 meter) cable that was beginning to wear out after many years of service. The extra length is helpful. My only negative is the price, which - like all things "genuine Apple" - is significantly higher than competing products. Still, I chose this one because - like other "genuine Apple" cables - this one is extremely well made and should last a while.

Genuine apple cord what else needs said. Very long which allows my kids to charge their iPads while playing. Other brands I've bought in the past cost less but only lasted a few weeks to months. This cord is much more durable and longer. Worth the extra cash over knock off competitors

This charging cable works great it starts charging my phone the first time you plug it in. Unlike some other cables I’ve had that you need to unplug and plug them in several times to get to work. I love the length of the cable it lets you sit away from the outlet.

Expensive, but I needed a charging cable for my old school SE that was longer than a meter. What's there to say. No AC ("plug") adapter included, clicks when you push it in. Don't settle for knockoffs. Get the Apple brand. You're welcome.

I went expecting to buy a rocket fish charger, but after finding issues with two previous ones, I decided to go for the apple one. I knew I wanted a longer cable, and although it was expensive I was able to apply my return amount towards this product. I defiantly recommend it to anyone needing a long lasting charging cable.

I needed a longer Apple lightning cable and these met all my needs. No issues and still working great.

Works excellent. Probably paid a little too much but when I got my new iPhone and then put a case on it. The old charging cable wouldn’t connect unless I took off the case. I also went from a 3’ to a 6’ which is really awesome.

At first I was on the fence about buying a cable this long, especially since I'd be carrying it around from work, to home, to my car, etc., but I'm so glad I did! The length is perfect, and I hope that it lasts even longer than the original since it's less likely I'd pull it the wrong way.

I use this for both my iPad and iPhone 6 plus. It's well long enough to go from a wall outlet charger to a desk or table. No worries about stretching or needing to leaving your Apple near the table edge. There are many times the 3 ft cable just doesn't cut it. Also this cable is much thicker and more heavy duty.

Does anyone remember the exceedingly long phone cords you could get for a landline before wireless? It seems it's reborn. Super long, reaches all the way across a queen size bed from my outlet on the floor. Also, plugged into my Qualcomm quick charger it seems to charge faster than the standard brick

The extra 3' allows me to charge while using my phone on the couch. Sounds insignificant but this makes my routine simpler and less stressful. Will never use the shorter length again. Apple always delivers. Worth every penny. Free 2 day shipping never gets old

What more can be said than it is a great Apple product. Considering the value of my iPhone, I prefer using original Apple products as the quality is very good. I really like the length of this cord as it allows more movement when charging and using my phone at the same time.

I needed a long cord when I was going to give birth because I knew I would want my phone charged and accessible at all times. This has lasted me a long time and still going strong. I never buy off brand for my electronics.

I like the 6.6 lighting cable. The cord is long enough to reach several outlets & I’m able to use my iPad or iPhone when it’s plugged in comfortably without having to stand. I also noticed with the 2.0 cable my devices seem to charge up in a shorter amount of time. Glad I bought it.

Apple brand is more expensive but last longer in my experience. I only spend it if I really need it though because of the cost. But it lasts. It isn’t so much better that you have to buy it over the other cheaper ones though.
