I have tried several Apple Type charging cables in the past. They either fail or the iPhone stops recognizing them. This longer cable is very stable and durable.

this takes place of the original cable and it guarantees it it compatible. the extra length is invaluable while in bed or traveling in an office building or airport.

Not to short. Perfect length. I get to lay comfortably in bed while using it and not stuck in one position

It is necessary to have an extra long cable, I use it all the time & still have plenty of room to move around while using my phone or iPad.

I can never have enough USB cords. I prefer the Apple branded cords because they are durable and don't unravel/ wear out on the ends like other brands.

I got this because I knew it would work and couldn't see paying two dollars less for the shorter cord that I really wanted. But a long cord never hurts.

The cord is great. Much longer than what came with the iPad. Not impressed with the iPad because the cord that came in the box stop working shortly after we bought it.

need more length when traveling to connect my fon to the wall for charging and need an extra cable in case first cable fails

Love the extra length. Sometimes I need to charge while I am working and it is perfect!
