    Perfect cable when kids charge their phone and are in the back of the car or at home, it is more comfortable to have more length cable.

    The 2 meter length of the cord is extremely useful and I think my cord will last longer because of the length. I would be stretching the standard one too long.

    purchased this to replace the shorter cord that came with phone. Longer length is very helpful, esp if using phone while charging.

    I tend to think Apple only wants you to use their branded cord so I stick to buying one of these about every year and a half. Other ones always seem to give me issues so I stopped bothering. Yes it will wear out eventually, but you use it a lot so that should be expected.
