    Do not purchase off brand cables due to the apparent issues with them. So if you need a cable, purchase an Apple brand. The length was longer than expected,

    Phones are expensive to buy and repair so we don’t use cheap cables. I like that they now offer longer cables from Apple.

    Like all things Apple, it's pricey, but of decent quality. The longer length is convenient, but leaves the cable prone to getting tripped on or otherwise damaged. I buy these once every year, rather than buy a cheaper one twice a year.

    Good. The length is excellent! The cord is the type that is easy to fray so you have to be careful with it.
