My charging cables take a lot of abuse around my house because everyone seems to insist on using devices while they're charging. This inevitably leads to shorts with the standard 3' cords because they're constantly being pulled around at different angles while fully extended. This 6.6' cable is just the right length for use while charging and doesn't seem to short. Also, because it's an Apple product, it's more compatible with cases and accessories that might have narrow openings for cables. For example, I've had issues with 3rd party accessories being too bulky for LifeProof and Otterbox iPhone cases. Definitely something to consider.

I’ve purchased numerous non-Apple charging cables for my iPhones over the years, and they’ve never lasted. Apple’s chargers always seem to outlast the competition and my iphones.

I needed a new cord for an outlet near my couch and this one reaches with room to spare. No issues with compatibility since it is an Apple product.

I've tried less expensive brands in the past, big mistake. As the saying goes you get what you pay for. Only apple will do for Iphone. Love the longer cord so much more convenient.

Longer cord enables me to use my iPhone while it is still charging. Using Apple product I don't have to worry about compatibility issues. Durability isn't an issue as long as I attache and remove from my phone properly.

This is a great product to have on hand! With all the Apple products constantly coming out from the lightning port to now usb-c, it’s important to keep this on hand so that you don’t have to run out and buy a new cable only because your device uses USB-C. The product works perfectly!

My charge cord had frayed so got this one. I love the length so I can be sitting and using while plugged in. And it does charge ‘lightening’ fast. Thank you!

Extra long cable for charging my husbands iPhone so the phone can be plugged in while listening to internet radio while riding a stationary bike. Good quality cable.

I have had no issues with this cord and in fact love it. I love the fact that it is long and I can reach further when charging. I never use the original cord that came with my iphone or ipad. I have had no problems with the cord itself.

Picked up a longer Apple lightning to USB cable at Best Buy. Tried knock offs but they only lasted a couple of months before failing. Great to know I can get all the quality products I need at Best Buy.

This cable is really nice with the extra length. We have two and use these most of the time. The cord is slightly thicker therefore it does not we are out as quickly.

My cord is holding up after all this time and I’m impressed by how long it is lasting. Perfect length as well!

I truly enjoy apple products. And I feel apple should be bought for Apple I needed a longer cord and needed to ensure it worked with my Apple phone. The cord works extremely well and is just what I was looking for.

This was the best charger I have ever bought for any of my Apple products, its charges fast and I feel like it keeps a charge for a long time. 5 stars because it kept my iPad and iPhone batteries in tip top shape!

I purchased this because the original cables work and last longer than 3rd party cables. The original cord that comes with phone is a little short for using while charging (which I do a lot). So I opted for the 6.6’ official Apple cable. I’m glad I did! It’s so much better to use while laying in bed and use the charger at the same time. It still charges fast, but I believe it takes about 30-40 minutes longer to charge from 0%, compared to the 3.3’ cable. This isn’t a big deal for me because it’s worth it in my opinion for the longer cable.

Double the length for only 2$ more, why not ! The short cords are hard to reach the desk or table to the couch if your using it , also I think it adds to damage them. Plenty long enough with this one.

I have spent money on knock-off cables that are longer lengths and they don't last & ruin the battery. I'm gladI purchased this original equipment in 6 feet. I'm pleased.
