    Having the extra long cord comes in very handy in my Suburban when the cord is plugged into the USB slot in the console.

    The cable itself is an original apple cable not a third party and it comes in handy when you need a longer reach. My main complaint about this cable is that after bending it it will rip at the ends. So, try not to use your phone while using it.
