Good length. Have given it a lot of abuse dragging it around the home. Now have small crack on cord.

Best lighning cable by Apple, the generic cables just don't last very long due to poor quality. Overall, length is just about right too.

We purchased an off brand lightning cable original but it wouldn't charge our son's iPad so we purchased one of the Apple cables again. Having the extra length comes in handy.
