I don't know why Apple includes a i meter cable with their phones, they won't reach from the top of the desk to a plug in. that being said, this one works great. they used to make a 3 meter cord, I wish they still did.

Cord was better that the 3' one. Allowed me to charge farther across the room as expected so I didn't have to sit close to an outlet or laptop/desktop to charge.
