its a cord, but its an apple cord. Lots of others make them but apple still have the best quality. And sometimes those other brands wont fit your iphone case

This is a softer cable than in past versions and I love it. Easier to use, easier to wind up for storage and transport. It's staying clean too. Great product. albeit costly.

The 6.6’ length is really nice, now I don’t have to be so close to an outlet. Best to buy only original Apple cords, hopefully will last.

From my experience there’s nothing like an Apple charger with a iPhone. The others can’t match the connectivity nor quality. It’s even better when I buy it opened box and a great discount. I even bought an extra new Apple charger since it was on sale. Even though It was a great deal the manager and cashier outshined the price with excellent customer service.

This Apple brand product is durable and will not fry your phone battery like some knock offs. Extra long cord to reach phone from outlet to elsewhere in the room.

These cords are great to use when you have a hard to reach plug behind a wall etc. these cords tend to last longer than other brands as well.

When my original charging cord needed replacement; I went to the store where I bought my iPad. Quick and easy assistance in the store and I was on my way home. Opening the container, I found to my surprise and delight the new cord was longer. The extra length of the cord allowed more mobility as I used the iPad.
