Excellent 6 ft Lightning cable -- great length -- perfect for the car, since it will reach to the back seat -- plus it's a tiny bit thicker than the 3 ft cable that comes with iPhone/iPad/iPod, so it's more durable for the longer length

Great charger just what I needed, right on time for a long vacation outta town with the family.

Apple brand 2 meter cord. Standard super quality. Did not go with a generic cord or a reinforced line cord.

Apple cables are a good idea. Sure they're more expensive, but cheaper cables and adapters are what have been known to cause fires.

Purchasing a longer cable has helped prevent fraying. Hopefully saving money in the long run.

great cord, gets the job done. But expensive. Apple should offer a hire end braided cord.

If you have any Apple products that use this type of cable it’s a must have this way you don’t have to use any extension cords to charge your phone I truly love mine and I think it’s always best to buy Apple for Apple

Great quality. Tend to hold up pretty well but do get worn out overtime compared to braided cables.

This cable last longer than other brands. My family and I go through many of these cables, this brand and others, this one last longer.

Had a Pioneer audio system with touch screen in my 2009 F250 Super Duty diesel truck. It is marvelous. Does everything they said it would and more. My back up camera shows up on my screen now instead of the rear view. Very clear picture. Love it

Wish it would last longer. But I like it, my desk is a ways from the outlet, and this cord reaches perfect

These Apple usb to lightning charging cables are lifesavers. I love how long they last, and they get the job done. I was glad to find the longer version in my neighborhood Best Buy.

The length of this charger is very convenient. Wish they made them in black, and they’re not durable.

I've bought cheap ones or one's that claim they are this specific item on Amazon but they are not. This one actually works and is a great, works as well as the one that comes with your phone. Great item and works as described.

I never have enough cord length to charge my IPAD while I am using it. This cord is long enough to solve that problem.

So far, this Apple-brand charger cord is still working--the micro USB end has not bent.

Apple accessories are EXPENSIVE - this chord is certainly no exception - $30 for a 6 foot phone chord is absurd. But if you're an Apple nerd like me, you pretty much have to pay the price. I've also found the life expectancy of Apple chords to be poor - they usually quit working after about a year - I've had THREE chords fail. The problem I've had is where the chord enters the USB or Lightning plugs - the chord kinks at that junction, will eventually start working sporadically (because the fine wires inside begin breaking) and eventually will fail completely. I've tried a 3rd party chord - it was reasonably priced but the Lightning adapter was poorly manufactured and quit working after only 2 months. At least the Apple-brand chords work - for a while - at great cost. As far as "Would I recommend this to a friend?" Apple has you - there's no reliable, alternative choice, so yes, if you need to charge an iPhone, I would "recommend" it.
