Cable plugs into phone and USB port as expected. 5 out of 5 stars

I know Apple cables are uber expensive, but I thought I could save a couple dollars by buying it here at Best buy. But the first warning sign of trouble was when I opened the shipping envelope and discovered the cable came inside a small clear plastic bag instead of Apple's trademark white simple box. There was a UPC label on the bag, which corresponded to Apple's 2m cable, so maybe it was just in bulk packaging (heh, silly me for thinking that). The clear sign of a problem was when iTunes on my MacBook Pro would not recognize that my iPhone 6S was connected to it via this cable. Plugged in my Native Union Night Cable (which I normally keep in next to my bed) and the iTunes immediately recognized the phone. Doubtful the cable was defective because at least it would charge my iPad when connected to the wall adapter. Thus, the cable was obviously NOT a genuine Apple product.

a must have for charging. the longer cord makes it easier to use while charging. I prefer charging by cord than by wireless charging.

Product & Brand needed available. Apple products preferred purchase. I needed a charging cord and didn’t have to go to other stores, I bought two.

This Apple 6.6 USB Type A to Lightning Charging Cable, is an excellent connection. It comes in the color white, easy to plug in and out!

Very nice but expensive for just extending the reach.

I purchased it to use with apple car play and using the cable and apple music is a really audio quality update.

easy setup process for us. Kids all able to set up individual access. Without problems. Great for current situation with online school.

I love only using Apple lightning cables. Other cords are cheaper but the Apple ones are sure to work properly without damaging my phone.

The longer length reduces the need of using an extension cord. Great for the office, bedroom, libraries, and hotels where the outlet may be further away. It gives you that extra needed reach.

So far so good. Does what it is supposed to. I have had 0 issues with the cord so far. Purchased as a replacement for my daughters ipad pro.

Bought this for BackUp when I Travel and Liking the extra length when you have to plug it into a not so Convient OutLet in your Hotel Room & are able to reach your Cell.

iPhone 7 wouldn't charge so went to Best Buy for help. He figured out it was the charging cable. This solved the problem and iPhone working fine.

I buy all my apple (& other electronic) products from Best Buy. I am happy in so many w/all my Apple products, but find that charging chords seem to wear out more & more quickly, and i’m Also frustrated with the constant new products that render all old necessary accessories obsolete.
