You can’t beat the original Apple charging cords for quality, although adding slip-over cord supports at the device end helps minimize cord cover fatigue and cracking. This fatigue and cracking problem seems to occur on all lightning cords whether or not they’re Apple or third party supplier. Only wish the price was a bit less is all.

Nothing better than a long cord for your iPhone. It’s the perfect length. I use it in my car so if someone is sitting in the back, they can easily charge their phone while still having the length to speak on it. Unfortunately this item has to be replaced fairly regularly, and in my opinion, they should have a replacement policy but I clearly don’t make those decisions.

It is long enough to have by the bed and not worry about pulling the USB out of the phone when reading. Very durable

You may find cheaper cords, but Apple's cords last longer and work perfectly with their products.

The off name brands are cheaper but burn out. Gotta go with the apple one. It will save you $ in the long rub

Great extra long cable. I’ve only had 1 Apple cable fail ever. And I have had an iPhone since the 3g.

I try to only buy the genuine Apple cables like this one. They last much longer than the $5 ones from "Five Below". Now these 6.6' ones can get pretty pricey at $30 or more, but I got three of these when they were a Best Buy "Deal of the Day" for $15 each. Yes they are three times the price of the knock-offs but they LAST and are much more reliable long term.

This cable has a perfect length to charge devices in any room in the house and is great quality.

Staying with the Apple brand cord instead of the off-brand. The 6 ft of cord allows more room to reach a plug for recharging.

When I need a charging cable I tend to lean towards the genuine Apple cables. They are a good quality cable than never disappoints.
