    They need to just make all their phones with the type c connector. Make everyone's life easier. And should be better quality. These apple cables break after a few months.

    These cables, somehow get damaged every once in a while.. Mainly at the "Lightning " plug end. This happens with constant use. I do wish the plug was a bit stronger, but I'm glad Best Buy carries Apple products... Buy more than one, and keep it handy...

    I bought this cable to hook my 4k monitor to my new macbook and it dies the job. The screen flickers used a better monster cable and solved the issue. this cable is good in price but not good in quality. Use this as an extra or for simply plugging and hdmi device.

    I have bought this product at least 3-4 times in the past, some had a quick charge and some didn’t . So I don’t know the reason why.

    Long cable so you don't have to sit so close to the socket but it's more expensive just for the length. Works just like my other chargers which aren't Apple certified products as well. Lightning speed where?? Should've bought the shorter one since it was cheaper.

    The 6.6 ' cord is a good size for charging from a floor outlet. As this is an Apple product it should stand up to regular use better than other generic cord I have tried.
