Not happy

Worked only two weeks before the cord stopped working. Called Best Buy, they wouldn’t exchange it and told me to contact Apple. What a hassle!

Terrible service

There was not one person in your store who could confirm It was. We purchased it came home and called the manufacturer. Pretty sad‼️‼️
