The trial is for new subscribers only. I have Apple Music but my kids do not. The free trial would have been for my them who have never had it and items purchased were gifts for them. I never even received email with instructions so I ask an in-store employee and he had no idea what to do. This happened with 2 items for my kids

Good cable, bad seller

However, the reason for the low rating is buying it from BB. First, they jack the price up from the retail price, which is already high for a basic cable. Then you have to ask them to price match the retail price, which they can’t do accurately. When you mention this to a store “manager” their attitude is so what (I have the emails). So good cable, bad seller. It will be interesting to see if BB allows this review to be published.

Poor quality
