I called customer service and they transferred through 5 different departments only to tell me that they cannot help me even though I have warranty on this.I spent $50 for this and nothing in return!

WENt to Waldorf and they said it "wasn't ready"

BUT, when I received an email saying it was ready for pick up, I drove an hour and 20 minutes to Waldorf...Only to be told, "It wasn't ready for pick up". Now, online, it said it was picked up on September 7th, 2020. Someone please call me.

However, just like every Apple product, this one did not last me 6 months, The end of the cord near the port where you connect it to your phone started opening up revealing the multiple cords inside. I had to throw mine away for safety precautions.
