When u buy longer apple charging cable please note this will charge the phone very slowly

Product is fine. Indirectly found out that "free" services for Apple Music and something else were included at check out -- it's very discreet way to push that. After 4 months my card was going to be automatically charged in full going forward for both subscriptions.

Too expensive and not working hasn't even been a month

Best Buy is normally the next best outlet to find authentic Apple products so they are my back up when I need to avoid the crazy mall. And it's been less than a month of having the charger and it's already not charging properly. For $40 for an 'authentic' Apple charger I am very disappointed. I'd love a refund/exchange/or something.

Purchased the thicker cable charger but the plastic is already cracking at the end.

I’m disappointed that in this day and age Apple can’t seem to get their crap together and make a charging cord that doesn’t break down And split where it plugs to phone. Even with a cord protector on it. I expect more from this company with what we pay for products. Ridiculous

Every year these cables seem to last less time. A year if you’re lucky.

I can move around more when I’m on my bed and the phone is charging.

I didn't realize I could get basically the same cable at a fraction of the cost by buying generic.

Sorry.. fried inside within a month ... took back to store man at front desk when walk it .. the word had fried inside where it goes into plug... it was only covered for a few days ..I went with Apple thinking it was the best ... I could buy a cheap cable cord that last longer...

Apple iphone cords don't last very long. Had 2 cords broken that's why i needed a new one.

you know apple cables... replace, replace, replace

It stopped working after 10 months from purchase. The edge of the wire that’s usually hooked to the phone starts to breaks slowly uncovering the inner wires. We got be careful dil while plugging in, since last 4 months it only works if placed in a specific angle.

The cord is easily to bend and makes it hard to go into the input

Typical low quality Apple product. For the money that you pay why can’t Apple make a better product.

I bought a charger cord and box and the cord has already stopped working.

Don't waste your time . iPad/iPhone doesn't recognize charger at times and for some reason it charges really slow. I had an insignia one previously and worked a lot better . seems like they're trying to push their brand name and handing out bad apple connections

Purchased the long cord and was sent an off brand 3 ft cord. Tried to return but was given an error message every time and unable to get to storefront with work schedules. Hence why I ordered online in the first place.
