Charger stopped working before the 3rd month. I wouldn’t spend another $30 on a product to just stop working that fast and for Best Buy not to do anything about it but tell me the return window is closed.

this is my 3rd cable for my Ipad, I think that is a ripoff

I like the charger but it is easy to cause a shortage

it broke two months later,i had to buy another one

Bought 2 at high price one worked other broke in 2 weeks

as long as my phone is not in the case it is a great cord

By the third or fourth day of use, the lightning cable was loose in my iPad…it would not keep charging. It moved from green to black. I will be returning it.

Don't know what is with these Apple products from your store won't hold the charge had my phone checked out. Went to Sprint to buy the same charger theirs holds a charge. Go to phone carrier don't buy from here.

This was a replacement exchange for a previous identical cord I had purchased. That cord’s insulation frayed after only three weeks of use. This occurred in the middle of the length NOT at either end.

Purchased on March 12 charger stopped working on April 30th. Save yourself the headache and go directly to apple

I saw a promotion for this lightning charge cable so I order it for try. It’s REALLY NOT GOOD! My phone always indicates this accessories not support! WHAT A DAME THING IT IS! Very disappointed!

The charging cable for my I Phone worked for 2 weeks and now it’s DEAD!! I have tried several plugs and outlets and it still wont work!!

I bought this charger one month ago and it no longer charges, very disappointing. I am a regular Best Buy customer and is always satisfied with all of my purchases

Purchased on 11/22, worked for about a week and a half. Cable quit working on 12/01. Plugged it into several different devices and will not charge any of them. Will be returning this item.

This worked for a week or two, and then got “This Cable is Not Certified and May Not Work Reliably” message. which should be reserved for 3rd party cables.. the Ipad charges fine using other apple cables

I wish that Apple would modify the structure of their cables to improve the lifetime of them. Every name brand charging cable I have purchased breaks where the cable connects to the plug end. There has to be a better design!!!!

In less than a month it got messed up didn't want to charge anymore I couldn't get a refund or exchange just because I didn't have a receipt or box and even though I bought it with the bestbuy card. Waste of 35 dollars for a original charger.

This cable stopped working within a couple months. These wires are too expensive to be so poorly manufactured.

I bought this because I had no choice. Apple was smart to make their own separate plug. The problem is ever since Jobs died the quality of Apple products has gone down the tube.

I specifically asked for the shortest cable available. He handed me a box and said "This is the smallest one, I just bought the same one for my daughter"... It was 6 feet long. I expect employees to be aware of the product they are selling.
