Try using this product for 3 months. Don’t expect the cord to last past 3 months if you bend it during daily use. The tip of the cord will start to fray. Buy the braided cords instead.

Only works sometimes. I bought this genuine Apple charger cable and about half the time I try to use it my iPhone tells me "this device may not be supported" and it will not charge my phone.

I probably had a week with the charger and it started messing up. Can only charge with a specific side of the charger, faulty connection on the other side, etc.

Haven't even had this for a year and it doesn't even work anymore and it still looks new. Very disappointed

I ordered this as an open box item marked in excellent condition. I ended up returning it due to the fact that it wasn’t an apple and it was clearly used.

Bought this brand new on April 27th. It will not charge my phone anymore. Switched to a different cord and my phone charges just fine. Will be seeking a refund.

It will damage under 5 months.. I forgot about the warranty completely and threw the damaged cable.. it is still under warranty

When plug it in Says accessory not compatible with device and it is an IPhone cord and iPhone!

Bought this used for 2 weeks. My I phone has it as not compatible with the phone and I have not been able to use it again to charge the phone. I am returning it to the store.

We've brought it in once already because the sounds stopped working. And we need to bring it in again because it is still not working properly.

This cord is not worth much it lasted about half the time as the cheap ones in your local stores I do not recommend

I was planning on bringing it back. I need the cord but can't count on it to charge my device overnight. Th e other night it only got to 60 percent. Have you any idea why this would be happening.

Doesn’t always start charging, sometimes I have to unplug it from my iPad several times before it connects to charge.

This is the second charger that I have purchased from Best Buy. The way that this cord is packaged causes it to have a bend close to the connector.

Wires already exposed by the lightning connection. Tends to happen with ALL apple cables. But that's how Apple.keeps.you in their cycle.

So I bought this cord thinking it has to be a good one cu it’s from Apple and I have an iPhone well it doesn’t hold connection. And charges super slow

This trash cable costs me 20 bucks, I used it less than a week and it is not working now. I usually don’t do this kind of bad review, but I couldn’t stand this more.
