Tired of how third party cords failing within a couple months , Apple offers this longer version that is much improved over the shorter version . Legs hope the fraying doesn’t happen

Like most apple chargers, it eventually flaked out and stopped working. I loved how long it was. It made it easy to charge my phone from a further outlet and still be able to be on it.

It seems lightning to usb chargers for my iPhone die every few months. Apple brand chargers seem to last longer than other brands, so I decided to buy another Apple brand one this time hoping to get some more life out of it. Hopefully I won't be buying another one for at least another six months. The extra length is good. The standard cables are too short!

I love this 6' cord. I don't have to worry about it reaching me where I am working/sitting. I bought additional ones for my kids so that they don't bend the wires like they were with the shorter ones.

The cord is thicker than the one that comes with each phone - I think this is great. The entrance length is nice to use phone while plugged in - I recommend.

Bought this for my brother's iPad after his daughter took his. Lots of choices, but went with the Apple brand so there would be no problems. Not much more expensive for piece of mind.
