I have tried aftermarket cords for years. Thins ones, thick ones, Long ones and shorts ones but none. Replace original cords. Apple cords cost more but last longer than aftermarket ones and they don’t destroy your iPad or iPhone over time.

Got this to charge my phone in the car. It charges fast and the quality is good as it’s OEM and not a cheap third-party.

Cables I’ve purchased in the past were too short but this length on an Apple cable is just what I’ve been wanting. I’ve bought this length before but because the cables were not Apple’s brand they soon quit working. Pleased I made this choice.

nothing beats a genuine apple cable for charging your apple devices. you don't have to worry about inferior cables damaging your devices, they are faster and they last longer. the 6 foot cable is perfect for my passengers to watch movies in the back seat of the car while we are traveling this summer.

It seems all of the 3rd party cables break very quickly and devices doesn't always recognize your phone when using them. No problems with the official Apple cable. Yes, it's expensive, but it works and works as it should with iPhones.

We’ve purchased cables from other makers and they never seem to last very long. They’re certainly less expensive but the quality is just not there. Apple may charge more but you know that you’re getting a quality product that will last.

I always buy the apple chargers because I've bought off brand before and they usually quit charging broke or wouldn't charge as quickly. The apple brand are the best to buy because they continue to work unless you yourself break them. Always use an apple product first on your apple products.

Great length for a charging cord. Works like it should, but it’s an Apple product, so it’s over priced and the ends tend to fray/break where the cord meets the plugs on each end. Still, it’s a must have if you need the distance.

You lay down in bed reach for your phone BWANG it comes unplugged cause your cord’s too short. Why in the heck did Apple give me an overpriced iPhone with a charging cable that’s only 3 foot long? It’s like putting your phone into prison when it’s battery gets low. The solution is this wonderful 6 FOOT charging cable. Double the length of the original cable to give you the freedom you need. No more BWANGs except the time I jumped up to go the the bathroom and forgot it was plugged in then I had two BWANGs if ya know what I mean. This is exactly like the original cable except that it is twice the length - same quality same build where you plug it in. I am able to hold my phone and dance or move around with it while plugged in. Worth every penny.

I would recommend it it is an Apple product which works well with my Apple phone and they have it 6 feet long is even better so if you do have to charge your phone while using it you’re not tethered to a small corner of your house

What can one say about a cable. I purchased the longer lightning cable to charge my phone, Ipad, AirPods, and computer. All charge in less than 30 minutes with my supercharged adapter and I love it.

I bought this cord to charge my craptastic iPhone and it works. I like that it's longer but man, what a rip off! $30 for a cord! I guess it's necessary though, considering an iPhone holds a charge for just a couple of hours... But, by the time it's charged, ope! What do you know? There's new version!

Works perfect, the length is perfect for using on a large couch or across a long distance in a area like kitchen or living room. The cord is thick enough not to break as easy like other apple chargers.

I needed a longer Apple lightning cable and these met all my needs. No issues and still working great.

Is a replacement for a replacement. Use this cable for 5th gen iPod Touch. Tried a generic brand, but it did not last as long as the Apple brand. Cannot give 5-star rating because cable should last longer and the "weak" point (just below the cable collar on the USB end) eventually breaks down as it always does and has since the cable was introduced. Seems to me a longer and tapered collar would stand up to normal use longer!

Use this product daily for phone charging. Love the length of it. Allows you to put it just about anywhere. Charges very quickly and the price is comparable to other stores.

Great length and sturdy cord for multiple Apple products. Have bought cheaper versions from other brands and they either stop working or the wire frays and can't be used. I will stick with Apple products beardless if cost as in the long run they are actually more cost effective.

Apple products, such as iPhone and iPad mobile digital devices, simply charge better with Apple-branded cables. Third-party ones, even those that are certified, don't live up to the Apple standard. This one is twice the length, at 2m, of the cables that come I with Apple devices.

This is a great cable, well built, durable, and is a good length.

I was so happy with my Apple lightning cord purchase. I got the longer length, the 6.6 ft, and I absolutely love it. I would highly recommend this, it’s not too long but it’s nice to have one longer than the standard one you get with your purchase of the phone.
