    Seems sturdy but it’s only been 6 weeks. The end that plugs into phone broke off on the last charger I owned within 3 months. It was an off brand (not Apple). Apple cord has very fast charging.

    I purchased an off brand charging cable it was braided. Didn’t last 5 minutes. Was lucky the end that goes into the IPad didn’t get stuck in the charging area of the ipad. So, I won’t buy anything for an Apple product that isn’t an Apple product.
