    It is well made and durable, and has met my expectations. I imagine it might not be suitable for situations absolutely requiring significant data transfer (i.e., USB 3 speeds), but I don't live in that environment.

    I purchased an off brand charging cable it was braided. Didn’t last 5 minutes. Was lucky the end that goes into the IPad didn’t get stuck in the charging area of the ipad. So, I won’t buy anything for an Apple product that isn’t an Apple product.
