    I purchased Apple brand cables only since I bought my first and only Iphone over 3 years ago. The plastic shielding starts to seperate from the ends after some use. I expected better since I paid considerably more for them over what the other brands had to offer, and was use to superior quality in other Apple products and services. While the cords with the separation work fine, they don't instill confidence. I felt compelled to buy extra for backup. Thinking about getting cheaper ones next time.

    Your typical Apple charging cord. Works well; reliable charging. Price is the only thing keeping it from 5 stars but that’s typical with Apple products.
