Service issues

But instead nothing was done. I had a choice of returning to the store again or in home. Fortunately that fee was waived but now I have an 8 hour window. So the sales people and geek squad need to coordinate better. This should have been taken care of on day of purchase. I checked yes on recommend but I really dont know yet because it’s still the box.
