    In terms of function it works like it should. In terms of price, it's way over priced. I would buy a cheaper knock off version but some of them give me weird error messages on my phone telling me that it knows that the cable isn't an official Apple product so I went with this one so I wouldn't have to deal with it. Be careful with the the joints of the cable, they tent to be the weakest part and wear out/break the fastest.

    I am awake later than my husband, and often using my phone at night when we are traveling to let him sleep better. This longer cord makes it much easier, and takes a tiny bit more packing space. Because hotel sockets can be hard to find or are too far away from the bed, I can't hold my phone while charging it and using it. The longer cord has made this much easier at more locations.
