I have purchased other off brand chargers and they last a month or less. The Apple brand chargers last 3-6 months

The Apple 6.6 USB type a two lightning charging Cable is great. Best Buy always has chargers available at hand. With the multi today of Apple devices that I have at home these cable charging devices come in hand.

I like the length. It allows me to be at my desk and keep the phone charged.

I believe that hands down the Apple charging cables are THE BEST charging set up for Apple products. Nothing is more annoying that getting the “not supported” message when needing to charge!!! Using Apple accessories eliminates that!

Even the the lifeline of these things are still infuriating, not a bad deal price wise if you have My Best Buy rewards to use. Better bargain than a $5 generic because Apple will eventually block non-OEM products from working with your device.

Wanted longer cord to go with new charger unit. Apple merch is always pricier but I’ve bought the off brand long cords and they’re garbage. There may be good alternatives out there but I have yet to find one.

I purchased this longer cable so that I could charge devices without the need to set them on the floor - a common problem with the charge and sync cable that is provided with the device. Now I can sit comfortably at a table and not on the floor like the hoi polloi who suffer with short cables.

Even though I probably could have picked a generic one and saved money, I stick by the Apple branded cords for my Apple products. I've invested too much in them to damage them with questionable cords.

I bought this as a replacement charging cable. I felt it was important to use a true Apple product because of its recognized function and reliability.

Item works great. Its an Apple product so it always meet or exceeds expectations. I had to ask staff for help finding it in the store after wandering past several staff members on the sales floor without being greeted. Otherwise, no complaints.
