    I try to only buy the genuine Apple cables like this one. They last much longer than the $5 ones from "Five Below". Now these 6.6' ones can get pretty pricey at $30 or more, but I got three of these when they were a Best Buy "Deal of the Day" for $15 each. Yes they are three times the price of the knock-offs but they LAST and are much more reliable long term.

    OEM cord charges my iPhone quickly and the extra length works great so I'm not always pulling the plug out of the wall.

    Original Equipment Manufacturer cable (aka Apple) is always more expensive than generic, but in doing so, there are no compatibility issues. At least the cable is a bit longer than the one that originally came with my iPad.

    Best Buy hooked me up. Always, excellent service, helpful people all over the place...even the security guard, helped me find what I was looking for! I had to replace my 6.6 USB charging cable, and it was actually better than the one I replaced. Both, Apple, but the one at Best Buy, made in a way that’ll cause less wear and tear, no accordion tip.
