    I purchased this cable to replace the original shipped with apple .This cable is long enough for calls while charging especially overnight .The price is a little steep Just for the extra length but worth it.

    This cord is to long to use in the car, you can tie it up to be smaller but that knot will be to large. Home or office cord only
