    This "lighning" cord works well, but is simply too expensive to replace. Maybe it will go away witht he advent of ther new USB format I understand is on the horizon, and it will be consistent with cords for other electronic devices used interchangeably.

    I needed to replace my old charger because the ends were breaking through to the wirer. Apple needs to reinforce the ends better, by doing this it would be an excellent product.

    Nice to have a lightning charging cable long enough so it doesn't need an extension cord. Too bad it only comes in white.
