I received one that plugs into any square type. I appreciate the speediness of trying to help but to rush me into buying the wrong item has not only wasted my time and money, but now after breaking open the box to use it, I won’t be in the country to return it within your policy’s time. I’ve spent a large amount of money with your company in the last few months and something like this makes me not want to shop here.
