However, this is his 2nd one where the screen just goes completely white and he can do absolutely nothing. Geek Squad couldn't help. Because it wasn't doing it at that moment, Apple store couldn't help. He's taken pictures using his phone, but no solution. That's the only complaint, and there's no rhyme or reason to it. Otherwise, it's a great purchase!
