Slow delivery, sat at nearby location for days

Sat at a nearby delivery location for days, before it was delivered. Therefore 3 stars on overall purchase at this time.

Replacement mini IPad with poor service

Mixed trouble shooting information/advice from Apple and Best Buy with a lack of service knowledge. Ended up purchasing new one from Best Buy to replace the one with unknown cause of problem and just out of warranty. Close to $1000 total purchase and they wanted to charge to install screen saver. Personnel were evasive about the charge leading me to believe there was not a charge. Supervisor was not concerned about dissatisfaction. Overall, replacement ipad is fine, service and pricing poor.

While I do like it, it is heavier than my old mini Ipad. If I had known a lighter version was coming out I would not have bought this one.
