I initially bought it to control my GoPro camera but, I find that I am able to get more studying done on the fly without the hassle of carrying around a laptop. Has way more apps than I'll ever use, but nice to have so many choices. Works great! Everything I expected and more.

However, I have not been able to reach customer service to inquire about this purchase. I did a curbside pick up due to being a high risk COVID-19 status. It was just the perfect size for paying my bills, staying in touch with the family and bringing it back and forth to the hospital. Now that I Amat home,I use it daily for my my crafts and personal use.

VERY EASY TO USE

I use mine all the time because the screen can adjust the font and view anyway it is easier for you to read.
