    The Ipad has fingerprint recognition, but still requires two part log on more often than necessary. When I set up this unit, I used a common unlock password for me so I couldn't forget it. The first time it asked for two part log in, it worked fine. I was in my home on my network. The second time I was flagged for the log on, I was away from home and not near a wifi signal. The unit did not recognize my password. After a few tries, it locked with instructions to log onto I Tunes. I located the proper reboot instructions and started the process with I Tunes. My I pad is now locked into recovery mode, but will not reboot. I tried both my old and new cords and different ports on my computer with no luck. No fault to Apple or Best Buy, but of course I can't bring the unit in to have it checked out. Bottom line in I am using my gen-1 iPad mini which is no longer supported so I can't access all my apps.
