I wish I’d bought the larger one but overall happy

Very good so far. Only issue is with some programs

I purchased an iPad mini latest gen. And had a problem with the iPad so I went back the next day in the morning to exchange it with another one that works properly, the location I got it from didn’t have anymore in stock so they sent me 30 minutes away to another location which ended up giving me a different color than I had. (All that was said isnt the problem). THE PROBLEM STARTS HERE : THEY ENDED UP CHARGING ME TAX TWICE AND TOOK MY WEBROOT PROTECTION OFF. FROM HERE TOOK ME TO DAYS THE SECOND DAY TOOK ME MORE THAN 7 hours on the phone with them to fix my problem and they would just send me from a person to another, and they would lie and I have proofs of that so do the supervisor I talked to which ended up fixing the problem but after wasting two days over a mistake they did and they all agree they did but didn’t care enough to fix it right away...

I am not a huge fan of apple, but i mostly bought to use on flights nad be able to stay in contact with my family and friends when i travel. I am not a huge fan of the Apple Eco system, but if you are I am sure you will be just fine with it.

If the touchscreen worked properly,it would be great. As it is, I have to tap really hard,repeatedly, to move from screen to screen. Sometimes I just have to turn it off because I will get out the hammer if I don’t.

The device does a great job with streaming videos either via YouTube, Hulu, Netflix or any other streaming service. My only complaint about the device really is the game play on the device. Which is not great by any mean.

I bought this as a gift for my wife only to realize it was 2 years old and a newer version was due any moment. Returned since it looks dated and had mediocre specs.

Brought this as an open box but had to return it since Geek Squad put a passcode on it no one could figure out. Looked great at initial start up but couldn’t get past that point.

Purchased for distance learning. Works well for that. Downside is it only fully works with OSX Catalina, and will not back up to my macmini running OSX Mojave. So buyer beware.

I bought this and realized that its the same mini from before. Aside from the internal refresh, it needs a facelift. I exchanged it for the 11 inch pro

A slight refresh, still needs usb-c at the very least. A price drop would also be appropriate. Buy if you like a small tablet and need iOS now.

I’m disappointed. I thought this unit had Wi-Fi. If I am at home or at work I get on line cause of the router in those places. My old I-Pad Mini would get me on line anywhere.

The ipad started too have issues 5 months after purchasing and I had to RMA it to apple, kinda sucks. Never had a problem with apple products purcahsed elsewhere

There were many things I loved about the iPad mini, but the battery was a deal-breaker. The battery was supposed to last for 10 hours, but the best I ever got was 6 hours. I called Geek Squad, but the advice did not improve the battery life. I charged the mini for 24 hours straight, but that did not help. Reluctantly, I returned it. If the battery is that lousy brand new, what would it be like in a year?

The IPAD does not last a full day after being charged overnight. I don’t think that was the case with my old one. Why would it not last a full day?

This ipad mini version some how delay the process of charging, I don’t know if this was a manufacturer defect ot not

Works good, don’t like if someone else logins into it that you can ever log them out and is always stuck on that email

I have had to send it back the battery will run down very quickly. Not very happy at all with it. I spent way too much money for it to be like this. As of right now I would not recommend it. Plus had very little help from geek squad in setting in up. I got Apple because people say it’s easy to use and for the life of me I can’t understand y directions are so small after all I’m 60 years old

After month 4 of owning, iPad freezes often & completely shuts off and restarts on its own at least once a week.

Haven’t been able to sign in, my daughter has been have a lot of trouble wit this but I hope it starts to work soon
