I cannot believe how this NEW iPad has to be charged all the time. It’s almost like you can see the battery icon going down as you watch it.

Sad to does not have a built in GPS. Still useable.

The new one was just announced and no one both at online support or at your store will approved of a refund or exchange for pre-ordering the newest model. This has been the worst experience to try and purchase something new and then within less than a month a newer model comes out and I won't be able to even exchange it without getting the trade in value versus what I paid. I've already let all my friends know how Best Buy treats it's customers in the most obvious situations where the experience could have been much easier and better.

purchased iPad mini. clerk was hard to track down to get help. he seemed busy and disinterested. offered very little in the way of answering questions. ( just kept referring us to talk to geek squad)

This just the right size for my 10 year granddaughter. She has has all her favorite games and music on it. She can also email me using it. Just the right size for her!

I purchased this product on July 28,2020 received on July 30th. Today Sept 5, 2020 the volume just went out while playing. I’m highly upset & not satisfied. Not sure if this product was refurbished or what. But it’s already something wrong haven’t been dropped or exposed to water!!

I am not sure what it is with this generation of Ipad but I have had to replace it 4-5 times since August. I've done it so many times I can't keep track. It will randomly stop charging. It not the power cord or the wall plug since they will work for other products including my Iphone. I previously had a second generation Ipad that I had for close to 5 years before it finally died. I never had any problems with it. Now all of a sudden I am constantly replacing this. I recommend looking into a different product.

In my humble opinion its overrated. Did not live up to my extensive research. I read and watched all the reviews I could find. It was my first apple product. I'll stick to android for now

iPad keeps shutting down. Took it to Best Buy for geek squad to diagnose problem twice. They sent us to the Apple store in North Lake Mall today. Apple store employee replaced iOS and problem still occurs. Neither Best Buy or Apple store had a replacement iPad in stock so the Apple store today ordered one. Just have to wait for item to come in and travel back to mall to pick up. This is my third iPad as they only last a few years.

I liked my older IPad mini better. I don’t like how new iPads don’t have the home button anymore. It seems more difficult use.

I have owned the new generation mini for just 8 weeks. I bought it to replace a four year old tablet, just for recreation use--surfing the web, and media. It cannot do either efficiently--my old tablet surfs faster. Anytime I am using the web I wait while the circle spins endlessly--this has been a huge disappointment and I would return this if I was still in the return window due to how utterly slow it is.

Our sales person did not do a good job with explaining this product.

Crashed beyond restoration on the day of purchase. Seriously Apple? After several hours on the phone with Apple support I have to wait for Apple to send me a box to send it in for repairs. This after I paid full retail price for brand new. Hope they don't try to pass a refurb off on me. Apple quality is not what it used to be.
