I got this for my daughter and she loves it! Great for collage/gaming/personal use, its powerful.

so easy to use, works well. processor much faster than the older versions. kids sometimes complain that some games get stuck.

IPad is great. If buying for a kid, make sure to buy an Otterbox case because it is very fragile. One drop and plan on spending $100+ on getting the broken screen fixed. It was a great value from Best Buy.

Ease of use or lack thereof is that I have a hard time with tech things. I hate when I think I am going along OK and then something happens. the purchase i made to tell me how to set up Ipad was totally worthless and wanted my money back.

Bought this for my wife after hers started acting up. Geek Squad made sure everything was looked over. It was an Open Box item. She is very happy with it and the upgrade from the last one.

I checked and checked and Best buy had the best price so in the end it was truly the Bestbuy and I checked most of them all. Now I'm on to Apple earpods and it's looking like it's going to be another Best buy purchase :)

This order was placed on line because of Covid. It arrived in a very timely manner and there were no problems placing the on line order. Very satisfied with this process and pleased with the product.

I love my Ipad mini! The only complaint I have and it really isn't a complaint, I ordered the gold and it looks like the rose gold. Which does not bother me I was just expecting it to be gold.

Who doesn’t love apple stuff , works like it supposed to doesn’t have software issues like other name brands. Have been a long time customer and will stay that way. Don’t forget to buy the bestBuy warranty.

I needed a replacement for a very old iPad I had that no longer supported the apps I was using. The app would just shut down due to not enough memory. This one is perfect! It handles all my apps with ease.

It’s definitely serving it’s purpose purchase for my daughter as an upgrade to use because of the pandemic it’s getting use quite a bit and the newer advancements for pencil support help a lot.
