Questionable apple quality.

Bezels need to be updated... iPad mini has been the same for a lot of years and it looks outdated. Just to clarify I got my replacement but they didn't have the same color so I'm kinda dissapointed tbh. Customer service great as always.

Not True , After Getting it set up with the off line Maps i would need for my trip i found out that once on my trip it would not work , Not Happy after 4 weeks of them giving me the Run Around i Finally got something that was Kind of close to what i wanted , still Not Happy with Best Buy .

Price was fair and shipping was super fast however there WAS NO packing paper in the box so my iPad was just rolling around inside the box. Therefore I had To open it to make sure there was no damage then explain to my daughter why her NEW iPad was opened. Next time I’ll wait and get it from the store.
