Performance is not what I expected

I bought it to replace a four year old tablet, just for recreation use--surfing the web, and media. It cannot do either efficiently--my old tablet surfs faster. Anytime I am using the web I wait while the circle spins endlessly--this has been a huge disappointment and I would return this if I was still in the return window due to how utterly slow it is.

All that Apple talks is about quality and technology. And seriously didn’t last 6 months. I’m shocked!!! I have never dropped this IPad. Horrible quality zero durability.
