I’m not into the latest tech. I patiently wait for my next upgrade to an older (but new to me) model. I also don’t require the hugest, biggest, largest size. This mini is perfect for me.

Nice product , I use my I-pad for everyday use. It is convenient and very easy to use . Still trying to learn all its functions.

I was actually looking for a e-reader, but all the readers in the current market have some limitations, like only viewable black and white, the screen is too small. I love it so far how I can save PDFs so easy, the words are very crisp and clear.

We bought this mini iPad for our seven year old grandson and he got the best smile ever! He is using it everyday now. We would recommend it for everyone .. how can you get wrong with it.. very good user friendly!

This was a great deal, I just purchased , was shipped within one day, it was a very easy setup as well, I done the backup from my Apple IPhone 10, no problems at all, I highly recommend buying this if you are looking for a IPad

Best Buy is very prompt. I ordered my iPad, it was mailed within two days. And although it was a few days late, nothing Best Buy could control. I’m very happy about my purchase. I’d definitely recommend.

Well I can say one thing it was a gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. So as far as the quality it is everything I expected and more. Also my experience with Best Buy was great from beginning to end.

Ease of use or lack thereof is that I have a hard time with tech things. I hate when I think I am going along OK and then something happens. the purchase i made to tell me how to set up Ipad was totally worthless and wanted my money back.

Great device for my wife. Not revolutionary, but solid if you want a small form factor.

iPad seem to be better than any other tablet we have owned and this size works better for our small child.

I purchased this item and was told I get a 10% rebate. I got points I probably wouldn't want. That is very disappointing. The ipad works fine but your customer service is not what I expected to receive from Best Buy.

I didn’t want a giant iPad, so the mini is great for me. Love it! Especially on rainy days with nothing to do.

I checked and checked and Best buy had the best price so in the end it was truly the Bestbuy and I checked most of them all. Now I'm on to Apple earpods and it's looking like it's going to be another Best buy purchase :)

Bought a open box mini and it was perfect. Not new to iPads so knew what to expect. Have good experience with Best Buy I like the fact that you do not have to go looking somewhere else for support.

Bought this for my wife after hers started acting up. Geek Squad made sure everything was looked over. It was an Open Box item. She is very happy with it and the upgrade from the last one.
