My item, iPad mini 5th gen, arrived promptly in excellent condition. So I am very happy and using it everyday - finding all the great new features I had been missing with my previous version.

Everything you would expect from an Apple product. Only gave 3 on durability because I haven’t had it long. In the past I have always ended up cracking the screen. Time will tell…

I got it as a replacement for my iPad mini 4 because my mom broke the display of it, love it because then I stole the apple pencil of my wife and I can use it on my Ipad mini 5.

Good camera takes good pictures. It is not as easy to use as my old one, Don't like you have to verify trash.

Item received as described.Replacing Samsung Tab2 much faster on boot up and opening Apps.First time Apple user and was quite satisfied. Would recommend his product if u are in the market for a Tablet.

I love my Ipad mini! The only complaint I have and it really isn't a complaint, I ordered the gold and it looks like the rose gold. Which does not bother me I was just expecting it to be gold.

Great iPad Mini 5! Works well for the purpose I purchased it for (as a controller for my drone). So far so good. Wish I had gotten a little more for my iPad Mini 4 trade in though.

I am an Android person. I bought this for work purposes. I struggle to navigate the menus. The iPad itself is serving its purposes. Part of me wonders if I would have done better with the bigger screen.

Who doesn’t love apple stuff , works like it supposed to doesn’t have software issues like other name brands. Have been a long time customer and will stay that way. Don’t forget to buy the bestBuy warranty.

Excellent product. A little smaller than I thought, but is a good product. Ordered on-line and probably should have looked at it first, but with COVID, I didn't want the personal contact with anyone.

Upgraded from the ipad mini to the ipad. Apple never disappoints with their technology. I have been using the ipad with the apple pencil and it is so awesome to be able to use my ipad as a notepad as well.

iPad easy to use. Set up very easy due to upgrading from previous generation. Would like to see a better price.

I needed a replacement for a very old iPad I had that no longer supported the apps I was using. The app would just shut down due to not enough memory. This one is perfect! It handles all my apps with ease.

Still fits in large pockets and is easier to handle with one hand than larger iPads (I use it with ultrasound)

Purchased Ipad mini 5 due to old Ipad mini 4 not holding a charge. I thought I would have needed more space than the 64GB but I didn't. mainly used for children video downloads from Vudu and Netflix. Great product!

Nice ipad light fully equipped easy to navigate through the safari browser and use the app for download games, also lets you interact with Microsoft account and google account.

My wife could never get her Samsung tablet to work well; and since I’m not familiar with Android tablets, couldn’t help much. The Apple iPad mini setup was very easy, and all her apps work for the first tine.

This iPad is purchased to replace my old traded-in iPad Mini 2, majorly bought for watching news, videos, and shopping online. The only problem is the YouTube cast sometime works, sometime is hard to connect back.
