Crisp display with great color depth. Fast and responsive. This is my second Ipad for the house. I have the pro also but needed something a little smaller and easier to just pick up. This fits the bill perfectly.

This iPad mini is just the right size, not too small, not too big. Big enough to be easy to see the screen print, great resolution, and small enough to be portable. Good response time, fast processor. Traded in my old one from many years ago and all was well!

Needed to upgrade an Android-based tablet for the kids as the hardware/software basically became obsolete. Like the size and weight of this mini. Great looking screen. CPU is very smooth and quick (compared to the old tablet that we replaced)

The iPad Mini has a portable size that could be deceptive. Nothing but reliable and displays large spectrum of color on its 7.9 inch Retina. Better than any competing tablet of similar size. Very reliable and has a 64 GB storage. Love it.

I love the iPad Mini! I’m new to Apple products, just for my first iPhone in November. I was always a Samsung person, had several Note phones over the years and Samsung tablets. Then decided I wanted a change and I was scared too. But I got an iPhone! I liked it so much I got the Apple Watch and then I just had to get an iPad also! I am very happy with the iPad mini, it’s the perfect size for me and my needs. I love how everything is so smooth on the iPad. I even figured out how to get my text messages over my iPad!! I love it! If I’m on my iPad I don’t have to put it down to answer my text messages on my phone! The screen is beautiful, it takes beautiful pictures. It prints flawlessly with my HP printer. Everything about it is great! Now I need the Apple Pencil!

Was just upgrading from a second generation iPad mini, so pretty much new what to expect. Little lighter, but did notice a large improvement in the screen. Everything really pops. It's bright, clear and the colors are so much more vibrant. With the sale price we were able to double the memory, have a new one year warranty (vs 90 days for just replacing the battery in the old one) and a faster device. Everything transferred from the backup we had on our computer, plus the newest stuff from the cloud (thought we were going to lose a couple of recent pictures since the battery in the old one did a sudden death a few days after the last backup, but they showed up from somewhere. Win, win all around.

Well, it's an iPad, so... Works faster and Retina screen is clearer than my previous mini 2 version. It also has more memory, so I don't have apps unloading/loading all the time. There's plenty of room for everything.

It’s an awesome iPad, I just upgraded to the pro, the latest model and I’m happy enough but... if you’re looking for something compact, this is it. You will love it, it’s so fast anda great quality overall

Always wanted one but was waiting for their new model after waiting for two years. What terrific changes - a super fast processor, pencil and multi-task capabilities. Got a keyboard case and use it as a second device to my Surface Pro... and with 256G storage, lots of room to spare.... Only regret with all Apple products - wish they had a file manager comparable to Windows explorer... but Apple has been updating software pretty regularly and hopefully one day, we will get it. Even then very highly recommend it (and before buying a case or keyboard, may want to wait for a while as not all vendors have been able to come up with a new "perfect keyboard case).

After like 2 years, still have it. Still helping with my day to day tasks. Another Best Buy deal i couldnt pass up. 64gb version. Does just fine.

even if you have the larger pro's etc. Something about the iPad mini thats always the grab and go portable when walking out the door. Also if you ride sport bikes, etc. Easy toss in without needing a large backpack!! I never bothered with the cellular option, haven't always been impressed with the signal qualities with the built in antennas in the past so just hot spot off my cellular when on the move. performance wise, solid response and handling even when compared to my current gen pro. screen is just big enough to not be too small. Great for the web surfing, emailing, FaceTime, general over all uses with those corny games we all play and hold dear. lol. Camera quality, not a strong point out side good lighting. Stick to the iPhone.

My roommate (I don't actually have a roommate, I just know a girl that gets mad when she hears me say that), really likes this table. Small, so fits in the purse, but bright, good battery life and easy to use.

Needed a new iPad since the mini I had for many years finally lost its screen. I purchased this new one the same day and I totally love it. Lightweight, compact, and full of speed. Love it.

I tried the Galaxy Tab A 8" tablet. But, it would not link to my PC, and I could not hand off my text messages from my iPhone to the Galaxy. So, I returned the Galaxy and purchased the iPad mini 5, which costs so much more. If you have an iPhone and iwatch, it is well worth the money to purchase the iPad mini 5. It is lightweight, thin and the display is much better. I can get my iPhone text messages and even answer phone calls with the iPad mini 5 if I am on a Wi-fi network without having the cellular version.

I love Apples iPads. I have an iPad Pro and it’s great but I love to read books all the time so I decided to get a smaller iPad just for my reading as I have issues with my left hand and found it very hard to continually hold the larger iPad in my hand while reading a book. Well this mini is perfect. It’s close to the size of a regular book. I got it to read on but found myself doing so much more that reading. It stirs perfectly into my small over the shoulder purse That I start carrying it with me everywhere I go. When I have to sit n wait somewhere I just pull it out and keep myself occupied. Great device. Only pro I have with it is the price. You can buy a regular iPad for the same price or a little cheaper.

5th Generation Apple - 7,9-Inch iPad mini with WiFi - 64GM. Love the size and portability of the iPad mini's. I travel often, carry on bags get heavy so this size and weight help. Can use improvement on performance, along with the other iPad models. If you need a low cost iPad, this is your choice, if you want more performance to to other products or wait for the NEW MINI.

I’m enjoying my iPad mini. It’s a nice small size and easy to handle. I like how fast it is and how easy it is to use. The other brands do not compare. This is my fourth iPad.

I love this mini iPad so much. I bought it to replace the original iPad mini that I bought years ago. It's so much faster. I love the small screen and light weight of the iPad. I would recommend it to anyone.

Some time ago I tried to get my 5'1 wife an iPad Pro. She felt like it was a bit too cumbersome and preferred to use her ultralight Chromebook Plus (Samsung). No matter how we tried to arrange the iPad, with various cases, we ended up returning it all. This iPad mini went on sale around Prime Day (open box) for under $200. It's a slam dunk for that price. She uses this as her primary Apple ecosystem interface and likes that it keeps things more focused than a traditional browser. On Chrome, she might get bogged down with too many tabs. The iPad mini is easy to hold, comfortable to use, and runs pretty fast for an older device. The screen is amazing. No complaints at all.

Simply great! Just the best tablet of this size on the market. Versatile, sleek, powerful and fast. 64gb works! Unless you have a real need for 256gb, save money and just stick with the 64gb.
