SOMETIMES THE SCREEN GETS LOCKED UP. I DONT KNOW IF IT IS THE WEBSITE OR IPAD

Love it but they don't make any accessories for this size only the larger one.

Still no USB... Still you lose your mybooks documents during the transfer.

This by far the best iPad yet. Only thing missing. Longer battery life.

It is a good Ipad but it needs a lot more instructions.

Kinda of unimpressed by the new ipad pro. The first one I recieved from Best Buy did not work. Apple replaced it with a new one since it was a hardware issue. The new one works but some of the installed apps still have issues.

This was the second iPad i purchased from Best Buy this week. it is a cellular model, but it didn't come with an Apple SIM either. Is this a Best Buy thing? Had to go to my carrier for SIM and activation.

I began using an ipad when it was first released in 2010. It was revolutionary at the time but that version seems like a dinosaur now. Subsequent generations have greatly improved an already wonderful product. I was using the ipad air one until the glass broke recently. I replaced it at a mall kiosk and the replacement glass created problems with the touch screen. (Note to self: do not use mall kiosks to replace screen on an ipad) I went back 3 times and the probelm was never fully corrected). When I read the next generation ipad was being released, I decided to pull the trigger, I debated between the ipad pro and the new ipad, which are similar but with some additional benefits for the pro. The pro has better speaker and a faster processor (features that are important to me) so I went with the pro, which is about $150 more. It also helps that Best Buy provided generous trade-in values for my Ipad air (whose touch screen was not working fully) ($150) and ipad 3rd generation ($100). The best new feature for this generation ipad is the touch id. I frequently check my credit card and bank accounts to monitor for fraud and most credit card and bank apps have the touch id feature. I also use the dashlane password manager, which uses this as well. It is such a PLEASURE to simply push the touch id button to access these apps!!! No drama of remembering complex passwords and the hassle of typing them every time you want to access the app. Just push the button! I am so used to this feature on my iphone that I had to upgrade to the new ipad for this feature. I sometimes use my ipad to listen to music and the sound is improved because of better speakers on the pro model. This ipad also has night shift. Recent studies find that looking at computer and phone monitors at night can make it harder to fall asleep. I often use my ipad or mac book in bed before going to sleep. I have enabled night shift (which softens the display) on both devices so the light from the screen will not make it harder to fall asleep. Overall, I love the new ipad--super light, fast, touch id, night shift, long battery, great display, good speakers and perfect size for traveling.

I chose this iPad due to it so said capability to adjust to your environment. I would have returned it however the sunshine was minimal for three weeks after purchasing the I pad. When the full sun came out the view is just as dark as my I phone. I needed this iPad because I live on the beach where I will use it the most.

This product is heavier and not much different than regular iPad 2
