    Sales person gave us the wrong IPad then we left the country. While we were leaving we found it to be the wrong one. 22 days later we took it back after being Told we could exchange it. What we found out was that there is a 14 day return policy . No exchange, nothing. We were stuck with something we did not want, even though it was Best Buys fault.
