    Had problem with iPad Pro. Forgot password and had to wait several weeks to reset it. Then it wouldn't accept new password. Still waiting another 2 weeks to reset the password. So I have owned this product for more than a month and haven't been able to use it yet. So help/contact us part of the program really sucks.
